Master’s degree is preferred.

Work experience:      

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in strategic development planning and implementation of child protection projects and managing and supervising professional staff;         


Proficiency in written and spoken English and excellent knowledge of both Afghan official languages (Pashto and Dari) are required.

Computer skills:        

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office application.


Duties & Responsibilities

To provide legal support to unaccompanied and separated children in Ghazni province.

Working closely with social mobilizers psychosocial supports and project officers to identify unaccompanied/separated child in targeted location

Working closely with UN international and national NGOs and national organizations to identify unaccompanied/separated children

Identification of service providers in targeted location specially working for the child protection

Case management preparation and referral to relevant entities

Working for referral pathway strengthen with external entities

Referred unaccompanied/separated children to relevant internal and external specialized services 

Follow referral case with refer entities and exact interview with beneficiary

Keeping soft and hard record of rights holders

Provision data and implemented activities related information to generate the monthly report 

Plaining and taking lead of required child legal support 

Screening of unaccompanied/separated child and provide selected and IRA policy relevant support

Ensuring protection safety and dignity of rights holders

Working for unaccompanied/separated child reunification and family tracking

Coordination with external legal entities to provide legal support to unaccompanied/separated child

 leading of community based legal awareness sessions

Delivering legal trainings for relevant governments stakeholders

Preparation legal awareness materials for community level sessions

Provision of legal support to unaccompanied/separated child

Any others task assigns by project manager
