High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

2-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and administration, with experience on donor-funded programs required, and previous experience on USAID-funded programs preferred.

Knowledge of procurement regulations required

Fluency in written and verbal English required. Strong writing skills also required.

Excellent computers skills, particularly with MS- Office Package.

Duties & Responsibilities

 Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor septic tanks and coordinate/scheduled evacuation.

Oversight of fuel delivery and management and administration of all fuel trackers and reports.

Liaise with the procurement team on equipment and items required for offices and guest houses and oversee stock and disbursement of office supplies

Work with Finance to ensure adherence to the operational budget and to reconcile financial records with the inventory register

Regularly monitor the inventory register and ensure asset labels are affixed to all property

Conduct periodic physical inventories of property

Supervise monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

Supervise the inspection of the kitchens daily to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the work area, utensils & equipment.

Verify the receipts provided by the cooks.

Orchestrate and schedule cleaning and supply plan for offices, resident rooms, and common... 

Arrange for tea/coffee and lunches for workshops or meetings that are conducted in respective guest houses.

Oversee regular upkeep of all major office and guest house equipment and assets including generators and vehicles.

Oversee stock and disbursement of office supplies.

Serve as a point of contact for logistics-related questions during audits.

 Perform other related duties as assigned
