Duties & Responsibilities

Position Summary

Provides first-class service in order to push the sales of a certain product. Acts as an intermediary between Raha net and clients. Makes necessary out door marketing and phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.

To be responsible for ensuring that the Marketing activities are delivered in an effective and cost effective manner within specified budgets and approved program. To ensure an excellent customer service is provided to build effective relationships with a range of partners including key internal officers/teams external customers and market.

Role Responsibilities

 Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available

 Persists in sales even in the face of failure

 Schedules appointments and meetings with corporate clients

 Conduct periodic customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Provide daily weekly monthly quarterly and yearly reports to senior management.

 Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market

 Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly

 Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on high quality customer service

 Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing and new customers.

 Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.

 Receive assignments in the form of objectives towards short and long-term goals and objectives and prepare Action Plans to achieve the same.

 Meet assigned team quotas for sales profits and strategic objectives.

 She may prepare suitable proposals quotations and presentation for clients and receive the feedback of customers for bringing efficiency in the service in order to insure customers’ satisfaction.

 Searching potential customers across various sales channels and techniques.

 Makes product appeal to the target market

 Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product

 Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines

 Perform other tasks that are given by line manager
