• Experience in mentoring.

• Experience in Conducting training.

• Experience in Organizing medium events such as conference meetings…etc.

• Experience in Program/ Management Skills

• Experience in handling logistics.



Other experiences and skills:

• Excellent Dari/Pashtu knowledge is a requirement.

• Excellent knowledge of English language.


Duties & Responsibilities

~~Program Tasks:

• Monitoring the overall Rule of Law Kunduz programme implementation with partner institutions such as University/LC DoWA – Gender Focal Points DoJ AIBA Directorate of Education (Islamic Education Department) Department of Haj and Religious Affairs (DoHRA) registered Madrasas and radios in provincial and district level and report the actual and realistic feedbacks to the Rule of Law Kunduz & Takhar Office.

• Coordinating Rule of Law project activities with relevant partner institutions at provincial and district levels.

• Coordinating and leading the monthly skype conference of consultants based in Kunduz with the Rule of Law Kunduz & Takhar Office.

• Monitoring the overall Rule of Law Kunduz program implementation with NGOs (local subsidy contractors).

• To represent GIZ Rule of Law Kunduz office in stakeholder meetings in Kunduz with prior and close coordination with the Rule of Law Kunduz & Takhar Office.

• To monitor time –to– time the work of consultants based in Kunduz (DoJ PHQ/PeM University/LC or assigned in other institutions.

• Liaising with Rule of Law Kunduz & Takhar Office and partner institutions for successful programme implementation.

• Technical and logistical arrangements and facilitation of conferences events workshops and trainings with the relevant partners and consultants.

• Willingness to monitor project in Kunduz partly insecure areas and districts.

• Perform any other duty assigned by programme officer and Kunduz & Takhar Rule of Law management.



Admin/Logistic and Financial Tasks:



• Collecting and sending of the University/ LC DoJ AIBA DoE Department of Haj and Religious Affairs (DoHRA) registered Madrasas consultants and radios financial and narrative report for the payment follow to Takhar.

• Submitting of assets to the respected partners (DoWA DoJ University etc) as well as sending of handed over items to Takhar RoL office for record.

• Performing general clerical Services for the admin and logistic.

• Handling messenger services such as payment of bills delivery of documents and picking up of documents.

• Withdrawal of transportation cost of participants which will deposit to his account for payment of KDZ participants of events.

• Accuracy in financial services zero tolerance to corruption at all.



Deliverables and Reporting:



• Providing the minutes of individual activities to the relevant program staff of Rule of Law Takhar & Kunduz Office in due time to Takhar GIZ-RoL office relevant Program officers.

• Providing report of any deviation s/he faces during implementation of programs in services delivery in terms of procurement and logistical services of suppliers and/deviation contrary to the accepted admin procurement and logistics standards to the management of Rule of Law Takhar & Kunduz Office.

• Submitting weekly bi-monthly and monthly narrative reports to the Rule of Law Project of GIZ on the overall performance and activities accomplished to Takhar GIZ-RoL office relevant Program officers.

• The report shall be given in English.
