graduated from a medical midlevel institute
2. Two years of experience in the related working area
3. good communication skill
4. Able to work cooperatively with CHA staff
5. computer skill
6. good in Dari Pashto and English languages
Duties & Responsibilities
Performances should be according to rules regulation and policy of the CHA organization
Preparing of monthly action plan and take action according to the line manager instruction
Awareness about the goal and objective of the project and efforts to achieve the set targets and objectives and aware of the colleagues in the catchment area
Awareness about health and nutrition condition especially about under 5-year children
Coordination with CBHC supervisor in terms of participation of CHWs and their encouragement for nutrition and IMCI programs
Procurement supply and monitoring of quantity and quality of the needed material for nutrition
Regular supervision of the SFC and TFC according to the guidelines and checklist identifying gaps and conducting on the job training.
Strengthen and follow up of referral system of the malnourished children between IMCI and SFC/TFCS units
To ensure that all the standards and policies of nutrition are implemented.
Collection and analyzing of the nutrition reports and on-time feedback to the related staff
Evaluation of the knowledge skills and behavior of the nutrition workers and introducing to needed training.
Cooperation with all line supervisors if they need.
Participation in workshops and meetings of nutrition inside/outside the province and participation in the subcommittee of nutrition.
Strengthen a friendly working environment between field and office staff
To obey all Islamic and ethical issues in all health center level
