- At least two years of facilitation and training delivery and training management experiences

Duties & Responsibilities
Identify the training goals objectives and create tailored plans accordingly.
Liaise with the peacebuilding consultant to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Design effective training programs based on the training needs assessment and peacebuilding and conflict resolution research findings.
Select and book the training venues with due consideration to the convenience of the trainees.
Conduct seminars workshops individual training sessions on peacebuilding conflict analysis conflict resolution mediation reconciliation communication peacebuilding peacekeeping hum rights etc.
Prepare peacebuilding and conflict resolution training material such as module summaries videos etc.
Keep attendance and other records of the training properly and report to the peacebuilding consultant accordingly.
Manage training budgets through supplying flipchart stationery noticeboard markers pen etc.
Conduct the training evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop the future training plan accordingly.
Delivering any required pedagogical support material (i.e.: training manuals lesson plans training material etc.).
Developing training methodologies/techniques this may include creative tools such as games audio-visuals group discussions demonstrations and practice sessions with feedback and role play pending the target audience.
Ensuring or creating feedback loops that allow for suggesting modifications or grievances related to the sessions or exercises in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment based on the feedback from trainees and the peace consultant.
Ensuring that all trainees are trained adequately and have a solid understanding of the training material.
Developing pre-posttests collecting pre-post data and submitting a final electronic report.
Develop the report and the report to the project coordinator and peace consultant on a weekly and monthly basis.
Any other tasks are given by the project coordinator and peacebuilding consultant.
