Have minimum a 12 grade graduate certificate. Preference will be given to a University graduate qualification and experiences of management

Good in speaking writing and reading English Dari and /or Pashtu;

Good interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with a diverse team of national and international staff and consultants;

Excellent communication skills;

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment;

Duties & Responsibilities

Poultry Project Trainers Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Poultry Project Trainer will be based in the field office with overall responsibility for beneficiary’s training follow up of the livestock activities in the concern district.

To work closely with the livestock producer groups and monitor the activities in the focus district.

Report to provincial monitor on livestock project inputs/activities according to the agreed project ToR specification and manage the livestock project inputs

Deliver standard training messages to the targeted beneficiaries according to the training manual produced by livestock manager

Attend meeting with female staff of DAIL and prepare reports

Organize on site trainings for female farmers follow the ToR for conducting such trainings.

Keep all the records of livestock activities input delivery /supply and assured the quality and quantity of inputs according to the ToR given to IP.

Report the activities on monthly basis to project manager

Help the monitor represent to plan and implement the livestock activities.

Conduct field demonstration and makes its reports.

Coordination/ linkages with other partners working in livestock/ sector.

Work as social Mobilizer in the FGs.


Responsible for the training and monitoring of overall project activities in focus district.

Will be responsible to submit monthly progress to Poultry Monitor.

Submit monthly report on project activities based on field program
