BBA/MBA with 3 Years’ Experience in BPHS implementation.
Proficiency in English Pashto and Dari language both orally and written.
Having well knowledge on Accounting and Accounting Software
Ability to work under Pressure some times.

Duties & Responsibilities
To Ensure every day’s all kinds of Financial Transaction as per Project requirement and maintain daily Cash book & Bank Book.
To Preparing Bill Vouchers and checking bills with Supporting of documents and Make sure to have an approval before all kinds of payments or transactions.
To Maintain all kinds of register and Account related files.
To Prepare the staff payroll Tax Report and bank reconciliation as per policy on monthly basis.
To prepare the monthly Budget variance report and submit to the respective Authorities.
To prepare the monthly accounts to submit to the Project Accountant on time for every month.
To have the ability to conduct regular and ad hoc field visit specially to Heldmand.
Timely preparation of financial statements & donor reports and to strengthen the internal control over financial transactions.
To make sure all the invoices with supporting documents are filed and presented in an understandable manner
To make sure list of staff is prepared on monthly basis and in accordance to the contracts of each staff.
To make sure or prepare and update asset inventory list of all the cost centre and perform the physical inventory on semiannual basis.
To Prepare monthly/weekly cash projection for the projects.
To make sure daily cash count for all projects.
To ensure the budgetary control.
To prepare management report and financial statements on monthly basis.
To Record all the transaction in accounting software (ERP)
To keep good relation/coordination with program.
To Prepare monthly budget variance reports and share with management.
To preserve all the vouchers properly as per organization policy.
To help internal/external Audit.
To Follow organization policy/ procedure and code of contract.
Any other official activities which are assigned by management.
Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place encourage others to do so.
Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
