Education:Diploma in administration/pharmacy/management or any other relevant field.
Work Experience:Minimum 2- 3 of experience in Project suppor Years
  • Diploma in administration/pharmacy/management or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Project support/ coordination/ client management.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in groups.
  • When required visit Mazar and Kabul offices.  
  • Ability to speak Dari Pashto and English and work in Excel.
  • Have the extreme patience and abilities required for working with patients.
  • Be punctual on time and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to travel to provinces when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Summary of position:

  • The Project Assistant will be responsible to support the Head of Clinic in smooth running of project activities and he will particularly carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as overall administrative/finance responsible for the project of BHSDA (Basic Health Services and Drug Awareness) in Shortepa of Balk province.

  • Assist the Medical Doctor and other project staff in planning and implementing of the BHSDA project successfully.

  • Work in close coordination with the head of the clinic and sitting up the project component targets and tracking achievement.

  • Develop and build on the current filing system in the project.

  • Prepare and provide professional reports on weekly monthly and annual basis.

  • Act as Coordinating the activities with stakeholders according to the project plan

  • Monitoring the activities according the approved activities schedule

  • Ensure beneficiaries’ lists are up to date and all financial issues are solved properly on time in coordination of the Kabul office.

  • Producing initial reports of the activities and sharing these reports in timely manner with Health officer in Kabul.

  • Serving as project acting head in case of un availability of the Field coordinator.

  • Arranging meetings among the project staff and sharing meeting minutes with CO

  • Any other tasks assigned by the line supervisor.
