Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related position.
Strong English language proficiency
Ability for travel to other provinces
B.A. degree in related position Preferred
Nonprofit and/or NGO experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Attitude of team-player both with experts and the local staff
Duties & Responsibilities
The project coordinator is will work under supervision of SFL program manager and Deputy Country Director
Project Coordinator is responsible to prepare food requests and food distribution reports to donor (WFP)
Is responsible to prepare monthly report for donor (WFP) and SFL
Responsible to attend all cluster meetings on provincial level.
Provide overall management of project activities.
Is responsible to professionally managing entire project team
Train the project team on beneficiary assessment tools and oversee assessment.
Project coordinator is responsible to travel in all project locations and assist the team during the survey
Monitor and supervise all food distribution activies in the field.
All other tasks related to the project as assigned by direct supervisors
To establish and develop good coordination between NGOs district Government departments and other community’s institutions (CDCs and DDAs) key members in order to collaborate on program implementation.
Preparing plans and providing regular reports (monthly and annual reports) for projects activities to donor and internally to SFL.
