Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related position.
Strong English language
Ability for travel to another provinces
B.A. degree in related position Preferred
Nonprofit and/or NGO experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Attitude of team-player both with experts and the local staff
Duties & Responsibilities
To manage and organize all district governor and provincial government line department’ (PGLD) capacity building program in the provinces of Takhar Provinces according to the plan
To provide based need training for district governors and PGLD for good governance and development process and to follow up all training and capacity building program impacts
To create and improve Electronic governance system in district and provincial level
Conducting Public Audit meetings in the province Level
To support and improve province government administration system by providing one-stop service center
Encourage PGs to support DDAs and other community institutions CDCs for their plan achievement
To establish and develop good coordination between NGOs CS and district Government departments and other community’s institutions (CDCs and CLDCs and DDAs) key members in order to bring up collaboration for program implementation
Preparing Plans and providing regular reports (Weekly. Monthly Semi-annual and annual progress reports) for Projects activities to Regional Manager
Respect SFL policies rules and regulations and practice accordingly.
Managing and conducting NG Regional Subordinate Staff performance appraisal as per Agency PM-System.
