Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in relevant field of work like: Business Administration Management Leadership or Political Law.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of project coordination and management from conception to delivery in Afghanistan.
Fluency in English Dari and Pashto both written and spoken
Excellent Report writing skills
Good skills of Ms. Office (Computer)
Duties & Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading providing direction supporting and managing of Project activities and work under the direct supervision of the Program Director ASIO
Leading project planning and overall CBT project implementation in Baghlan and Samangan Province.
Coordinate with Government Line Departments at the initial stage of CBT project until completion
Prepare Weekly Monitoring Plan and circulate to all relevant stakeholders
Prepare Daily Beneficiary Selection Plan and daily Beneficiary selected report and share with WFP MAO ASIO and Gov. Line Departments
Supervise the Surveyors Monitors Scope Registrars work on daily bases
Manage the Cash out process and timely report ( by 4:00 pm every day) on number of HHs received cash
Ensure proper implementation and meet deadlines.
Build relation with staff clients and stakeholders.
Ensure the timely and within budget achievement of project objectives by proper monitoring of activities.
Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation in order to implement the project.
Ensure proper filing of documents related to project.
Assist with the preparation of progress reports timeframes schedule and budget as needed.
Ensure that the project activities proceed in compliance to law and donor requirement.
Perform any other relevant assignments/duties that might be assigned by Program Director .
