Qualification

Education:Bachelor or Master Degree (Master Degree is preferable) in Social Sciences
Work Experience:2 Years
Qualification:

Ability to work with challenging and conflict-sensitive environment-Ability to establish maintains and fosters cooperative working relations with stakeholders and beneficiaries.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and oral in English Dari and Uzbeki and must have effective communication mobilization and team-building and problem-solving skills as well as feasibility outlook

Must have a bachelor degree or relevant education background.

Must have at least three years working experiences in related field-Having team spirit and able to build team spirit

Must be well-familiar with logistic and financial system

Being devoted person to development fields-Advanced computer skills (Words Excel Power-point etc.)



Competencies:



Bachelor’s degree in education peace social science political science or related field

Two (2) years’ previous experience as a trainer training specialist or related position

Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel) and instructional software

Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms

Strong project management skills with ability to perform multiple projects

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

Organized and able to create multiple timelines and schedules

Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently

Excellent leadership team building and management skills

Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

Able to travel to the covered districts.

Intermediate written and spoken English


Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide trainings on Conflict Prevention and Peace Building Practices. The main objective of these trainings is to increase the capacity of the Community and district based shuras.



• Assist surveys and interviews as required.



• Consult with other trainers managers and take leadership to ensure that training activities are properly implemented.



• Track and compile data of training and report to line Manager.



• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.



• Initiate training based on the needs of the community.



• Collect online resources based on training needs.



• Create training strategies initiatives and materials.



• Develop pre-test and post-test tools and review training material.



• Maintain database of all training materials.



• Review employee performance and learning.



• Involve in assessment the performance of trainers.



• Be part of the coordination team for all AWSDC’s related training programs



• Coordinate and monitor enrollment schedules costs and equipment
