Work Experience:2 Years

  • Graduated from recognized Medical Faculty (MD) or having Bachelor degree in Nursing/ or any other field preferable the health sector.

  • At least 2 years work experience preferable in the health sector.

  • Computer experience with Excel / Word power point and internet.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication Pashto/Dari and good in English is required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work and deal successfully in a multi-cultural environment is required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall management administration coordination representation procurement/logistics and monitoring/supervision of the mobile health team(s) in the province.

  • Maintain filing system and incoming/outgoing correspondence record keeping.

  • To manage the daily attendance and leave records of the MHT(s) staff.

  • To supervise and control of all expenses related to vehicle maintenance and their fuel consumption.

  • To assist medicines/medical supplies stock and supply.

  • Full compliance of Logistics/Procurement management ensuring that proper supply chain management is performed in adherence to HealthNet TPO rules and regulations and that Logistics procedures are complied.

  • Ensure the procurement solicitation documents which include RF RFQ CBA GRN Payment Check list Payment Request and Remittance Note are provided according to the procurement manual.

  • Ensure that the accurate quantity of goods received inspected quality checked as per the specification and accepted to the organization.

  • To ensure that all assets are properly inventoried based on the standard format prior to delivering to relevant location.

  • Conduct meetings with the provincial office of Nomad/Kochies and to update them on the progress of MHTs and get support from them.

  • Update service delivery points in close coordination of the Nomads/Kochies department and PPHD.

  • Supporting CBHC officers in preparation and logistics for CHWs refresher trainings.

  • Attend PPHCC meetings and other subcommittee meetings at provincial level.

  • Conduct regular meetings with the MHT(s) staff to get update on progress of the project particularly the indicators.
