Bachelor’s degree in management sciences Masters degree will be preferable
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance and monitoring and evaluation
Having past experience in the education sector is preferable.
Computer Skills: MS Office Email and Internet
Language: To be able to communicate fluently in Dari Pashto and English
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide leadership in the development implementation and monitoring of quality evaluation & assessment (QE & A) processes across the University in line with University expectations and the requirements of MoE and other external bodies.
Provide particular responsibility for the annual monitoring process work with the University’s Management to improve the consistency of quality processes within the University to enhance the student learning experience.
Promote good practice arising from quality assurance and enhancement activities.
Be a member of the University Quality Assurance Forum and a member of relevant University committees (e.g. Examination Committee Staff-Student Liaison Committee)
Attend the relevant meeting of the Academic Standards Committee by invitation to present the University-level Annual Monitoring Report.
To oversee the University’s engagement with internal and external QE&A University Codes of Practice and the MoE enhancement themes with the aim of maintaining academic standards and enhancing the student learning experience;
To meet with the Ministry of higher education’s quality control directorate to promote a cohesive approach to QE&A and University-wide sharing of effective and good practices;
To conduct and oversee the University’s Assessment of teaching in mid and end of semester teaching assessment process within the University.
Any other tasks delegated by the Chancellor or Vice Chancellor.
