Bachelor BA BBA or Masters’ degree in their respective profession and have at least 5 years’ experience “in training needs analysis/assessment design/development of training programs delivery of training courses.
Bachelor Degree Master degree is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Accounting Trainer is primarily responsible to develop advance accounting curriculum training design training material presentation plan design organize and delivery of short term trainings accounting and taxation training. In addition the trainer is responsible for training delivery training evaluation follow up and learning verification activities and report writing.
Providing financial accounting management accounting and taxation training for Maltya’s classes.
Contributes to designing and development of curriculum training plan and quality training materials for use in training activities.
Design/develop training material.
Deliver accounting trainings.
Monitor the quality of training through participation in sessions post-training interviews with participants review of evaluation forms filled out by participants and other methods.
Utilize the monitoring information for improving the quality of training.
Develop tools for training impact assessment.
Write report on subject matter delivered training.
Contribute to the development of training strategic plan.
Prepares periodic reports for the Training.
Conduct training need assessment if needed.
Introduce tools and consistently collect feedback on training effectiveness from perspective of all the stakeholders including trainees trainers line managers senior managers. Utilize the feedback for improvement of training.
Partner with line managers and direct supervisors for supporting employees after training to assist them in application of new skills obtained from training.
Proficiency in instructional design and training delivery.
Approach different training methodologies to address different learning style of the audience.
Able to develop tools for training impact assessment.
Fluent in local language. English language skills desirable;
Strong networking skills excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Task orientation with ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of urgency without losing composure and compromising productivity;
Excellent writing and document (Word PowerPoint) formatting skills
