  • Bachelor of economics BBA and/or any equivalent qualification

  • 2 years relevant experiences in the large scale entities both public and/ private sectors

  • Good interpersonal and communications skills

  • Computer literacy windows and office

  • Organized and hard worker to stay long hours in completing tasks

  • Knowledge of English Dari and Pashto languages

  • Good knowledge of banks products services and departments.  


Duties & Responsibilities

  • To answer telephone screen and direct calls 

  • To take and relay messages

  • To provide proper information to callers

  • To greet politely persons entering the bank

  • To direct persons and to correct destination

  • To deal with queries from the public and customers

  • To ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of bank

  • To provide general administrative and clerical support

  • To prepare letters and documents

  • To receive and sort mail and deliveries

  • To schedule appointments for meetings

  • To maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

  • To organize meetings when needed

  • Tidy and maintain the reception area.
