Bachelor of economics BBA and/or any equivalent qualification
2 years relevant experiences in the large scale entities both public and/ private sectors
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Computer literacy windows and office
Organized and hard worker to stay long hours in completing tasks
Knowledge of English Dari and Pashto languages
Good knowledge of banks products services and departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
To answer telephone screen and direct calls
To take and relay messages
To provide proper information to callers
To greet politely persons entering the bank
To direct persons and to correct destination
To deal with queries from the public and customers
To ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of bank
To provide general administrative and clerical support
To prepare letters and documents
To receive and sort mail and deliveries
To schedule appointments for meetings
To maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
To organize meetings when needed
Tidy and maintain the reception area.
