Education:Baccalaureate degree Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Work Experience:3 Years


  • Baccalaureate degree Bachelor’s degree in Gender Sociology Law Political Science Human Resources Management International Development or related field is preferred


  • 3 years of experience administrative experience working with international donor-funded programs USAID experience a plus

  • Experience in gender-sensitive programming in Muslim contexts or implementing capacity building programs (e.g. civil society strengthening)



  • Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural environment

  • Proven leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English skill

Duties & Responsibilities


The Recruitment and Placement Services Assistant will support the administrative needs of the recruitment and placement services team including managing communications and recordkeeping for all interns and maintaining up to date files for all government offices accepting interns.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                       

  • Support the administrative needs of the recruitment and placement services team.

  • Manage communications and recordkeeping for all program interns.

  • Maintain up to date files for all government offices accepting interns.

  • Perform day-to-day activities consistent with established performance requirements operating policies and procedures and quality standards

  • Perform any other appropriate tasks that support the overall project as assigned by the Chief of Party or his/her designee such as contributing to increasing the employment of interns and to the sustainability of IARCSC.
