Graduated from recognized university as MD doctor or midlevel
At least two years’ work experience in the field of monitoring and supervision.
Good communication skills (written and spoken) of Pashto Dari & English
Demonstrated skills in health management and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to support team and provide/receive constructive feedback
Ability to travel to related province and districts
Knowledge of planning/organizing/communication skills problem analysis
Duties & Responsibilities
Notifies training supervisor of any concerns related to trainees learning and ability
Participates in monitoring and evaluation of program activities
Ensures the required learning resources are accessible to trainees.
Compiling the analyzing the reports/data for each province separately as well as one regional report
Ensure monitoring and reporting tools are used by the team members
Manage the overall training project monitoring visits in the province and districts.
Active participation in monitoring and supervision visits held in the provincial/districts level with stakeholders including PPHD PEMT Haj and religious affairs and UNICEF
Represent training project in all meetings gatherings and other events held in the province
Monitor and supervise all field teams in the province.
Provide monthly quarterly monitoring report and make an action plan and follow up the findings
Ensure that collected data analysis and interpretations are all correct and error-free to be sent to HQ.
Assist the regional project supervisor in weekly and monthly planning and its implementation in due time and in a well manner.
Coordinate and proceed all documents in the provincial level with finance and logistics aimed to observe all rules and principles are adherent to OCCD operational principles.
Draft minutes of the meetings and share it with all related departments and the stakeholders both in the provincial level.
Prepare any kind of report required by training project and requested by line manager in the provincial level.
Ensures the progress of training according to the assessment policy and attendance
