Duties & Responsibilities
Regional manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning organizing controlling and leading regional team on daily Weekly and monthly basis.
Motivating team members: is one of the most important duties of Regional manager. He needs to make his team work as a single unit working towards a common objective.
Time Management and Planning in Sales Management is the fundamental responsibility of RM.
Distribute Performance reports on daily weekly and monthly basis share report with concern section
Sales officers DSR has to be checked and make sure they have insufficient stock in the market.
To ensure there is no loan left in the market.(daily report be considered)
SIM and SC availability has to be ensure in the market (physically data collection through Sales officer)
Sales officers plans has to be checked along with their daily visits (progress will be recorded BY RM)
Retailers Activity has to be checked on daily weekly and monthly basis
Sales Data has to be shared with CEO COO and GM on Daily Weekly and monthly basis
Monthly beat plan and Action plan has to be shared on monthly basis with all SML employee
Visits northeast provinces has to be happen within the period to understand the market and issues in the respective region
To ensure all sales staff members have 100% knowledge of products.
Monitor the target letters of sales executive and send the feedback to them for achievement of target.
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Have excellent organizational Skill
