- Minimum three years’ experience in marketing field,
- 3+ years experiences in managing key Customer accounts, ideally
- Ability to manage multiple Accounts in parallel
- High energy and enthusiasm with an emphasis on teamwork and job enjoyment.
- Sense of urgency and willingness to respond eagerly to opportunities and challenges.
- Self-motivated and self-directed but also capable of following directions from management.
- Possess the ability to stay composed under pressure and present oneself in a professional manner at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Effective communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Directly deal with all level of customers and aim to achieve sales objectives from the product & service and key account relationships.
- Based on the business strategies, to develop and enhance customer relationships for the key account and use contacts to generate new business
- Provide specific and accurate information from the customers and enable to run the project smoothly and promptly.
- Drive the winning strategy and manage all aspect of the bidding project.
- Work closely with pre- Sales & after Sales teams to ensure superior end-to-end service.
- Coordinate with Customers.
- Achieved/ signed project.
- Follow up the projects payments & L/Cs.
- Solve Customer’s problems.
- Understand customer’s requirement and enable to provide service solutions.
