Good knowledge of community development especially working with women children and adolescents.

Excellent communication problem solving and presentation skills
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meeting of deadlines
Good reporting skills including report compilation analysis and presentation extremely organized.
The position holder must be diligent in recording all the her/his steps because there are many moving parts in Program Project implementation

Willingness to travel and stay in remote areas and inhospitable environmen
Duties & Responsibilities
Roles and Main Responsibilities:
Providing training and technical assistance to CFS Staff (schedule and organize trainings including the arrangement of logistics and preparation of training materials
Participates in collecting data and preparing reports)
This position supports all CFS activities contributing as team member
Planning and Scheduling for trainings
Organizing a training workshop (logistics finances venue refreshment etc).
Preparing/designing the training materials and its use
Pre and post evaluation of the trainees for each training and reporting the
Synthesis of this exercise to the project Manager.
Collecting data on the trainings and impacts of the training.
Support the CFS Staff and project Manager in any technical issues where they need.
