Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience (experience with NGO or UN is an added advantage)

Duties & Responsibilities
The incumbent of this position is responsible in screening and checking of all persons who come inside the block of WCUK office and watch the compound while is on his duty and report any problems immediately to the line and team leader
The Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Responsible in screening and checking identication cards of all the UAMs Guests coming to War Child UK Block /Compound
Check all incoming vehicles with the IED detector. Military/police vehicles are strictly not allowed inside War Child UK Block / Compound
Responsible in gate keeping opening and closing the gate when the eligible vehicles comes in and out of the compound
Help maintain cleanliness in War Child UK Block / Compound (i.e watering and weeding the garden and cleaning the garage and guard house)
During winter light wooden heaters at the guesthouse and at the oce Turn on
generator when there is no power and ensure that it is turn off when power is back
Signing of guard’s duty schedule. (Day and Night)
Fill up and sign the handover sheet every day and night.
Register of all incoming mail and submission to the admin departments.
Inform Security and Project Manager of all movements on holidays.
Report problems occurring at the oce especially on off time.
Have a good behavior with the UAMs Staff and Visitors and guests while they are in WCUK Block / Compound
Help out in goods/items as purchased and brought to the oce for WCUK purpose
