Qualifications required:

University degree in related field BBA (Specialization Human Resource)

Three to five Years of working experiences in related field.

Able to speak/read/write Pashto Dari and English and translate from English to Dari Dari to English if needed.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office Package

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to find problems and recommend solutions.

Excellent report writing and presentation skills

Duties & Responsibilities

Guide Admin HR Subordinates on proper implementation of SAF rules and regulations

Ensure effective and timely communication with Sub offices and keep them updated

Keep all SAF Admin HR policies update with governmental rules and regulations

Implementation of Human Resource database in Main Office and all Field Offices

Suggest promotion demotion and dismissal of Admin HR staff to line supervisor

Responsible for updated and complete personal files of all SAF staff both MO & FO’s

Responsible for job advertisement recruitment orientation to new employees

In-time submission of all Main Office and Field Offices payrolls to finance department and keep record thereof in HR department

Responsible for all offices and guest houses securities and provide timely information to staff regarding security issues and take immediate action with consultation of top management

Negotiate building rental contracts and update the same on timely basis

Ensure that all incoming and outgoing memos correspondence letters are registered and sent to relevant unit on timely manner

Arrangement of meetings workshops and conferences in main office

Responsible for attendance record and checking attendance register on daily basis

Make sure that quarterly stationery office supplies and any other requirements are arranged

Ensure that all Admin HR staff has monthly action plans activity reports and make sure that proper follow up and advices are provided to them

Follow any other related task assigned by Supervisor

Quarterly or semiannual filed visit from all sub offices
