Bachelor degree in the field of Business Administration Economic Management Law & Political Science and or any related field. ;
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Master’s degree and (7) years’ experience with Bachelor degree in the fields of HR Administrative reform Project Management Finance Procurment and M&E with government NGOs and UN agencies. Government and or Global fund project experience is an advantage.
Fluency in written and spoken Dari Pashto and English.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Able to work under pressure and independently.
Strong team work skills.
Demonstrated abilities to take initiatives build consensus and make things happen.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide on-the-job coaching to and mentor project officials on administrative reform.
Contribute to the design of a customized capacity building plan in areas of streamlined operations asset management standard operating procedures and employee evaluations.
Annually help assess capacity building progress in administrative reform making adjustments accordingly.
Identify factors limiting the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify and take steps to resolve limiting factors.
Studying the content of all contracts and protocols signed between MEW and other national and international entities
Designing structure plan of the new projects within MEW.
Developing advanced daily biweekly quarterly and annual report formats.
Establishing applied M&E system within the project.
Preparing reports and presentations regarding the project’s activities and delivering it to the MEW officials and International donors.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
