Bachelor of Economics in Public Administration Law Business Administration and Upper Degree

Required experience At least five years in government and non-government departments in development of policy and strategy are given to higher-level holders with priority.

Other skills; (short courses in-service training etc.)

Professional and managerial skills;

Ability to lead and control the administration;

Awareness of election issues;

Use of computer programs (Word Voxel) and the Internet;

English language proficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

Plan a monthly quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the general plan to achieve the strategic objectives of the ECC;

Provide useful advice to the President of the Commission in the Policy Planning and Strategic Plan of the Commission

Study review research and advise on the objectives and plans of development short-term medium-term and long-term in order to enhance the policy and strategy for the handling of electoral complaints.

 Active participation in the drafting and drawing up of documents related to the policies and strategies required for the administration with the cooperation of relevant departments

Provide advice on planning organizing coordinating the implementation of plans policies and the strategy for handling electoral complaints.

Participation in the meetings in coordination with the partner organizations to explain and outline the policies and programs of the Commission.

Collaborate and provide technical advice on simplifying administrative procedures to prevent bureaucracy among Commission departments.

Preparation of training programs to raise the capacity of relevant staff members

Develop the concept note and the proposal in the relevant sections

Provide advice on the formulation and reporting of the monthly quarterly and annual reports of the ECC

Provide monthly quarterly yearly and monthly reports on the necessity of the chairman of the commission of activities

Establish practical mechanisms for combating corruption in relevant sectors

Other duties assigned by the head of the Electoral Complaints Commission.
