Proficient inter-personal and presentation skills with cross cultural experience in FMS & RA implementation.


Duties & Responsibilities

Strong background in the implementation of Fraud Management & Revenue Assurance System and the development of operational strategies processes and policies in a highly dynamic operations and business environment.



 



Proficient knowledge and methods in identifying preventing and detecting fraud/revenue leakages with cross-functional background in Revenue Assurance Inter-carrier settlements International Roaming Billing Credit Management and Technical Audit.



 



Detect investigate and resolve issues/concerns on customer-usage fraud or network abuse cases such as Subscription fraud International High-usage Roaming Premium Rate Services International Call Bypass PBX fraud and SMS fraud.



 



Evaluation and analysis of subscriber’s CDR to identify network fraud and/or uncompensated voice or SMS bypass. Research and analysis on the impact and possible fraud risk of new and upcoming technologies. Proposing enhancements to the current processes in the detection of network fraud and potential loss events.



 



Specify technical and business requirements and work with IT development team to process data from Switch HLR IN and other data sources for the development of in-house fraud detection tools/revenue assurance reports.



 



Work with a team for the implementation and testing of Fraud & Revenue Assurance system. Attain KPI targets and SLAs to mitigate revenue leakages/losses due to fraud/network abuse. Coordinate with Technical/Business groups to integrate fraud prevention strategies and policies in the company.



 



Represent meeting with interconnect Carriers on anti-fraud prevention issues/concerns. Conduct presentation to Business units to report/escalate fraud/abuse cases and trends that is prevalent in the market.
