5 to 7 of relevant experience in procurement Years
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience or 7 years of relevant experience in procurement logistics and administration with experience on donor-funded programs required and previous experience on USAID-funded programs preferred.
Knowledge of procurement regulations required
Fluency in written and verbal English required. Strong writing skills also required.
Excellent computers skills particularly with MS- Office Package.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Sr. Inventory Officer will report directly to the Procurement/Logistic Manager. The Sr. Inventory Officer will provide support for COMAC activities through logistics and transportation. Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following activities:
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for logistics and facility management in Kabul office
Plan organize and execute logistics support activities such as maintenance planning repair analysis and test equipment recommendations.
Makes logistical arrangements for procurements including transportation delivery and inventory verification.
Take responsibility for movement of all goods and equipment including coordinate with other departments.
Ensures inventory management at his/her regional office duty station is compliant with applicable USAID rules and regulations and Blumont policy.
Responsible for facility management and maintenance in Kabul office including operations procurement for the office and guesthouse (as applicable) facility repairs logistics transportation and maintaining inventories and ensuring the smooth functioning of all COMAC facilities.
Ensure proper filing of documents
Promote and share ideas for technical improvement
Share monthly an accurate COMAC Asset list and Inventory report with the Procurement and Logistics Manager and reconcile with Finance Dept.
Implement all activities pertaining to Asset & Inventory Management in-line with Blumont-COMAC policies and procedures
Ensure purchased asset and inventory are entered into the asset or inventory Tracker before dispatching to requester
Ensure all Support office assets are placed on the standard Blumont inventory template and that asset accountability forms are signed for all assets issued.
Insure to receive the water and electricity bill on time and Pay the cost to governments bank on time
Supervises support staff at the Kabul office including cleaners and Gardeners.
Maintain daily inventory tracking
Travel arrangements for COMAC staff
Arrange shipment of original document form Kabul to Jordon
Responsible for payment follow up of Travel and shipments.
Prepare and review timely Master Asset Inventory List.
Record new purchase asset and handover asset & property form other IPs in Master Inventory list
Managing the inventory dispositions Prepare consent (request) letter for USAID asset transfer to other organization
Assist to prepare Transfer Agreement and Act of Acceptance for dispassion of assets
Find and investigate the discrepancies and report it.
Provides support new coming staff for IT equipment
Keep accurate track of issued IT equipment to COMAC staff ensure that confirmation sheet signed by both the receiver and the person issuing the asset
Maintain the staff personal file
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
