Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Reporting Officer will technically guide and support the design capacity building and implementation of the Program Monitoring and Evaluation Framework including developing monitoring plan monitoring evaluation and reporting tools templates train the provincial M&E staff on the developed monitoring plan and its related tools and templates prepare the department annual plan in collaboration with program staff and partners. He/she will also technically prepare report and analysis of project data to assess progress and areas of improvement develop and maintain systems to collect and analyse information on inputs outputs outcomes and impact of the program guide reporting processes among technical staff and consolidate program reports. S/he will assist and report to the M&E Unit Head / PIU Director regarding the monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
