Experience Skills and Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences Rural Development Management Law or Economics or any other relevant field with 5 years of relevant working experience and Master’s degree is preference.
Working experience including evidence of having led at senior level on Project Management and Educational sphere;
Familiarity with the policies implemented in Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) Afghanistan;
Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills;
Demonstrated experience of managing a team;
Team-leadership skills and cultural sensitivity;
Good computer skills and written Dari Pashto and English.

Duties & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assist in providing training workshop orientations to MRRD staff at the national regional and provincial level.
Prepare presentation reports and other advocacy materials
Implementation of MRRD capacity building policy and AIRD training strategy.
Assist in Design develop and organize capacity development courses for various target groups.
Assist in Formulation and manage the AIRDs capacity development programs taking into consideration all technical and logistical aspects in the context of AIRD available resources.
Coordinate the training issues with other MRRD programs while conducting of capacity development courses in center and provinces
Coordinate good relation with similar national and international training institutions such as JICA Peace Project CIRDAP and NIRD.
Organize and manage AIRDs training modules and publications.
Represents the work of AIRD to potential donors partners and beneficiaries both in written and oral
Coordinate and Conduct TNA/LNA for employee’s Social workers and other local self-governance Institution in targeted provinces of Afghanistan.
Coordinating with AIRD Department in Conducting Monitoring and Evaluation of all Capacity Building activities of AIRD on all targeted provinces
Providing training materials with coordination of research and survey in order to updating training methodologies method and techniques to meet objective
Assist in Preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reports of AIRD training unit
Design technical courses for MRRD employee based on NTA to meet the capacity need of MRRD staff.
Close coordination with training sections of MRRD programs and create a good coordination with PRRDs.
