Bachelor of Law and Political Science and Public Administration and Priority to High Educational Degree

Required experience At least three years in government and non-government departments in technical areas dispute resolution and system management are given to higher-priority holders.

Other skills; (short courses in-service training etc.)

Professional and managerial skills;

Ability to lead and control the administration;

Awareness of election issues;

Use of computer programs (Word Voxel) and the Internet;

English language proficiency.


Duties & Responsibilities

Plan a monthly quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the general plan to achieve the strategic objectives of the IECC;

Consultation and provision of necessary facilities in the process of creating an electronic system for recording classifying analyzing and clarifying electoral protests and complaints.

Providing facilities for simplifying and improving the process of registering objections and electoral complaints

Preparation and preparation of procedures bills guidelines and forms required for the handling of objections and electoral complaints in coordination and cooperation with relevant departments.

Coordinating with the E-government and Information Technology Advice on improving the quality of the complaints registration system and submitting a joint plan on this matter

Planning and drawing up of oversight mechanisms and checklists in order to clarify the process of handling electoral protests and complaints.

Preparation of training materials to improve the capacity of staff of relevant branches in the center and provinces

Develop concept Note and Proposals in the relevant sections;

Establish practical mechanisms for combating corruption in relevant sectors;

Provide monthly quarterly yearly and monthly reports on the necessity of the chairman of the commission of activities;

Other duties assigned by the head of the Electoral Complaints Commission.
