Skills & Capabilities:

Have good knowledge of Microsoft Offices Suite

Possess good interpersonal skills and communication ability.

Well organized with the ability to properly record store date.

Frequently visit field and understand local and national sensitivities

Have skills of conflict avoidance and conflict management

Written and verbal communication skills in Dari/Pashtu and English languages.

The candidates shall be willing to travel to provinces.

Duties & Responsibilities

pecific duties will include but not be limited to:

Train the targeted beneficiaries for the smooth implementation of the all voices count and other projects.

Develop training materials in required language (s).

Support the Project(s) to generate qualitative and quantitative data to document milestones of project(s) progress and submit to the Project(s) on monthly basis.

Giving daily information to the Executive Director and Project manager from the site.

Conducting meetings with directorates of woman affairs literacy department and social affairs in their respected provinces and other relevant stakeholders.

Keep project(s) updated on the progress of the projects activities and any issues that may arise during the course of project implementation that need project(s) attention.

Conducting meeting with the community elders including projects(s) beneficiaries.

Assisting in preparing monthly plan and report(s) each month.

Having close coordination with local government community and stakeholders.

Actively participate and facilitate project(s) events.

Perform any other task related to HRRAC program and projects in the field participate in capacity building workshops in the province and in Kabul.
