Education: Must be having at least a [Ministry of Higher Education approved] Master Degree in Business Aministration Economic or Commers.
Experience: 3 years’ experience in the relevant field
Language Skills: Fluent oral written and comprehensive skills in Dari and knowing Pashto and English would be an asset.
Computer Skills: knowledge of using Office Automation ( MS Word MS Excel and MS PowerPoint presentation)
Personal qualification: Must be hard worker and honest having strong management leadership and teaching skills & knowledge
Prepare daily lesson plan as per the academic curriculum of BIHS
To conduct the BBA classes as per the academic curriculum policy and procedures of BBA Dept.
Prepare and conduct assignments Quizzes and tests for BBA classes as well as providing necessary support to the management in above areas of regular intervals.
Maintain class management & discipline
Reporting class progress to the head of the Department & BIHS Management
Attending lecturers’ meetings based on the administration request.
Working as per the RIHS rule & regulation and following all the policy & procedures with strong consideration to its privacies & norms
