bachelor degree or equivalent in management and leadership banking social sciences public administration or other relevant field
6 years experience in managing remote areas through provincial sub-office/agency/agent specially in banking or financial field.
Managerial experience in the field of Banking or financial projects in provincial level.
Having knowledge of electronic payment.
Proven ability to draft edit and produce results-focused reports.
Proven experience working with Government civil society national banks international organizations and donors.s
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word Excel etc.)
Delegate duties to various team members giving them specific tasks to accomplish for the overall success of project operations as well as pre and post operation.
Ensure supervision of the Project team members and RTC provincial agents.
Leading team members to do their task properly an on time.
Reporting pre operation operation and post operation details to the contracted banks.
carry out assessment of the activities and performances of the project team members by evaluating of their reporting material filing system and performance.
function to ensure that the laid down goals and objectives of the company are maintained by all team member based on partners’ requirement.
Improving operational process by cooperation with partners to insure the quality of the activities.
Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the cash out project operations team
Ensure the quality of outputs and results with optimal monitoring mechanisms; establish effective coordination monitoring information sharing and reporting systems.
Contracting new agents in the provinces.
Developing training package for the provincial agents on relevant jobs.
Training the new agents on doing cash out projects using POS.
Ensure proper professional relationships with relevant national and international partner agencies relevant developing programs/projects.
Verify and channel all requests for cash out project administrative logistical and other support and report all incidents related to security and issues of general concern to contracted banks and RTC management.
Ensure establishment and maintenance of proper electronic and paper filing systems.
Perform other duties that may be required by RTC management.
