Nursing graduation from a recognized university prefer MD degree

2-4 years of work experience in program management of health sector with NGOs or MoPH.

Able to develop design and provide comprehensive technical feedbacks after sharing with project manager.

Knowledge of good speaking writing and reading in English Pashto and Dari languages.

Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.  

Good communication skills to work and deal with school trainers and students.


Core responsibilities and Duties:

Assist the Program Coordinator in the selection and recruitment of staff.

Assist the Program Coordinator in Conducting Annual Performance Appraisal for the CHNE Staff

Ensure a clean safe and secure working environment and takes all necessary measures to minimize risks to health and safety.

Ensures all Nursing program properties all resources and equipment are maintained and in good working order and maintains an inventory of resources which is regularly checked

Ensures that the standardized curriculum is implemented

Ensures that Nursing teachers are prepared for classes and clinical skills lab sessions.

Supervises and supports others involved in teaching /learning.

Undertakes ‘on the job’ training of faculty staff.

Maintains personnel files for all students including record of clinical and theoretical assessment.

Enforces all school policies regarding student performance and behaviors.

Ensures availability and standards of appropriate classroom facilities and simulated practice laboratories

Ensures the required learning resources are accessible to students.

Schedules classroom simulated practice and supervised practice sessions as outlined in the program calendar in coordination with the teaching team

Ensures the assigned teachers conduct the sessions according to the schedule.

Ensures that teachers record the progress of each student according to the assessment policy attendance log and through the use of the students’ Clinical Experience Log Book.

Utilizes the educational standards as a platform for performance and quality improvements

Conducts regular supervisory visits to classrooms and simulated laboratories to ensure that learning activities are being conducted as planned.

Do whatever related job is delegated by the Project manager.

Assist on Preparation of the new program financial proposals
