Develop pipeline suitable and eligible SME grantee investment cases
Supervise the outreach teams in providing support to businesses to develop and document their investment plans.
Work with regional outreach teams to prepare biweekly work plans and oversee progress of the work plans
Provide detailed technical instructions on daily basis to the regional outreach undertake travels to Kabul Herat Mazar Jalalabad and Kandahar when necessary
Ensure smooth collaboration with BDS and Matching Grants Analysis teams
Ensure outreach team is actively identifying potential clients in each region and apply the MG communications approach and strategy spread the right level of information attract potential clients and provide good lead to BDS teams
Ensure there is effective and smooth coordination between regional outreach and BDS teams
Ensure all regional communications and outreach teams are following the instructions set forth in the Matching Grants Operations Manual and there is complete compliance in place and those that are set in the communications and outreach strategy of Matching Grants Business Unit
Make sure regional communications and outreach teams conduct thorough and accurate eligibility check for participating businesses in the focused group discussions and those teams encounter minimum level of error
Continuously train regional outreach and communications teams to make sure all the regional teams have reached same level of understanding skillset and information
Be on the lookout for situations of fraud collusion bias and prejudice and defuse the situations plus propose disciplinary actions when necessary to make there are no repetitions
Provide biweekly and monthly reporting to the SCSA management when necessary
Other work as assigned by the Outreach & BDS Department Head

Purpose of Position
The Communications & Outreach Team Lead will be working with SCSA to oversee regional outreach teams in Kabul Herat Mazar Jalalabad and Kandahar. The Communications & Outreach Team Lead outreach teams and provide technical instructions to the outreach regional teams with regards to outreach activities distribution and sales of the matching grants awareness campaigns in order to facilitate rapid selection and award of grants on a rolling basis. For the Communications & Outreach Team SCSA is looking for a Team Lead (f/m*) to be based at the SCSA Matching Grants Business Unit at SCSA’s offices in Kabul.
