وظایف

The Customer Services Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer services for bank’s Customer by processing the Application and Customer instruction  on time and aware customers on various bank’s products services cross selling of products and building rapport with customers and verification of customer documents .



Customer Service officer is maily responsible to answer the entire questions of customers regarding banks products and services. He/She is to interview all customers while account opening and to review all supporting documents.



Customer service also involves assisting bank customers with account management and other financial service needs. It requires continual communication with customers repetitive tasks and a high level of attention towards customer needs and satisfaction. Customer Service Officer performs functions such as opening new qurd current mudarabah savings accounts mudarabah fixed deposit accounts Locker Account and assisting customers with queries about bank services and helping customers resolve account problems    and any updating in Accounts.



Customer Service Officer assists banking cus­tomers by answering questions about their accounts and available banking services. She/he greets prospective custom­ers and gathers information from the customer needed to open an account and Control KYC on daily basis for any defects.



Duties explanation:



1. Interviewing customers to obtain infor­mation as required for Account Opening and explain available Islamic Banking Products and Services.

2. Responsible for delivery of Account Card ATM Card Cheque Book Internet Banking and SMS Banking facilities Application and Account statements to the customers as well as  maintain  record.

3. Understand adopt and Adhere to all the Bank’s Policies Procedures guideline and Bank Instructions.



4. Have tight glance and review on the Account Opening Procedure and Support other staffs towards their assigned duty.



5. Responsible to guide Safe Locker Customer towards necessary steps for locker operation as well as Manage and Control Locker’s Accounts details as necessary and procedure.

6. Ensure that customers receive excellent services by providing quick and accurate information and processing the requests as efficient as possible.

7. Get ensured of proper clients identifications. As well as Verification of account opening and account closing forms.

8. Communicate to promote various products of the Bank to the clients.

9. Provide needed documents and review Customer files to ensure all required documents have been completed.

10. Handle or solve Customer concerns Instruction Application Complaints or quires to ensure Customer satisfactions and promote bank image in the community.

11. Train Guide and explain staffs on the Policies Procedures and Instruction necessary for Account Opening Operation.

12. Make sure that Account Should be open by getting and entering correct information as required.

13. Send thanks letter on Customer Address and keep record and procedure new way to confirm customer address.

14. Any other task duty assigned by line manager.
