Minimum of a bachelor’s degree IELTS or TOFEL certified candidates will be preferred and 5 years of relevant work experience is a must
PIBF is looking for ESL instructors with ample command over their English language skills and they will be required to teach each skill of the English language individually. The classes will be held before and after office hours 6 days a week. The trainees are to be enabled to learn English language via an intensive course to prepare them for IELTS or TOFEL Exams and office and/or academic environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SPECIFIC DUTIES
Make and conduct pre and post course assessment of the trainees
Developing lesson plans for each individual skill prior to the course commencement
Conducting lessons in a manner that the trainees are kept well-engaged interactive and bring changes to the curriculum as per the need of the syllabus.
Maintaining proper records of trainee class participation and attendance keeping track of individual progress or lack there-of consulting the management of any barriers and working on resolving the issue
Staying up-to date on ESL related issues
Attending and holding mock tests representing PIBF in seminars
Holding off-campus training programs for public awareness purposes
Constantly working on improving ESL courses
Doing other related tasks mutually agreed upon with the English and Administrative department
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Should know the IELTS / PTE system well and its exams.
