Ensures CDCs/GAs grants are utilized as per CCAP/EZ-KAR block grants mechanism in the field

Check and review block grants disbursement requests at PMU for all instalments and certify that the requirements are met prior to uploading into MIS

File up CDCs/GAs bank statements withdrawals cheques bank slips and all relevant documents that certify CDCs/GAs grants utilization in the field

Keep record of CDCs/GAs grants receipts withdrawals and expenditure at PMU

Conduct periodic field visits and monitor CDCs/GAs accounting process records and procurement procedures to make sure that the processes and records are in line with CCAP/EZ-Kar policy guidelines

Verify CDC/GA accounting/procurement records and procedures at PMU office and make sure that all the transactions are properly documented by CDC/GA

Verify CDC/GA withdrawal requests in compliance with applicable withdrawal procedure at PMU office

Provide instructions to FP field staff on grants utilization and CDC/GA documentation as  required

Provide feedback and comments to FP on grant disbursement requests whenever required

Review and check CDCs/GAs Financial History Form (CFHF) at PMU

Share block grants information with PMU and PIU any time required

Report grants major issues and problems with PMU head and PIU for the purpose of solution

Track and follow up the disbursement requests uploaded in MIS and/or returned by PIU grant team to make sure timely disbursement of funds to CDCs/GAs

Perform any other tasks that support the overall program as assigned by the supervisor or his/her designee
