Qualification

Work Experience: At least 3 year working experience as obstetrician Years
Qualification:

Graduated from Recognized Medical university
Specialization in obstetrician-gynecologist
At least 3 year working experience as obstetrician-gynecologist in hospitals
Fluent in both National languages (Pashto and Dari)
Intermediate knowledge of English language
Able to work in Night shift
Knowledge of MS Office program and database
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good training skill

Good leadership skill

Able to travel to the targeted provinces .

Active listening skills

The ability to manage other people involved in a patients care

The ability to create tailored treatment plans

Mastery of all medical instruments needed for treatment

Problem-solving skills

The ability to provide accurate effective care even under pressure

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The Gynecologist of call center provides technical information consultation and guidance to AFGA community outreach midwives in targeted provinces.
The AFGA call center is a toll free helpline based in AFGA main office functional 24/7 and operate by 5 Gynecologists in two shifts.
The AFGA call center consultant is responsible for providing online technical guidance and advice to AFGA community outreach midwives in targeted provinces.       
Job Description:
·Provide effective 24/7hrs technical advice and instructions to  AFGA outreach community midwives and Nurses on maternal and newborn health to manage properly the complicated and routine cases in order to save life of the mother newborns and provide quality MCH and reproductive health services
·Provide support and guidance to AFGA community outreach midwives to perform their activities as per the project plan.
·Provide on Job trainings to the AFGA community outreach midwives on regular basis.
·Provide the required trainings to the AFGA community outreach Midwives in targeted Provinces.
·Guide AFGA community midwives to develop the specific referral pathway.
·Facilitate AFGA community outreach midwives attending complicated delivery.
·Conduct field visit and support the AFGA community outreach Midwives in targeted Provinces.
·Documenting/Recording information in AFGA call center database
·Prepare monthly report of related activities submit to project coordinator
·Perform any other required project related tasks assigned by line manager.
·Attend the trainings programs and staff meetings on regular basis.
·Identify and resolving any problem which interfere in the delivery of services.
·Follow established departmental policies procedures protocols and objectives; continues quality improvement initiatives.
·Provide information and referrals to Women Girls and youths based on their SRH issues.
