The successful applicants will need to address the following criteria:
University degree in Human resources business or other related fields.
Decision-making verbal communication team-working multi-tasking and presentation skills; detail-oriented; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
3-5 years of human resource experience
Excellent communication in Dari Pashto and English as well as good reading and writing.
Sufficient knowledge of several computer applications in particular MS Excel and word
Recruiting the employees within the dimensions and responsibilities for developing human resources.
Selecting those employees having potentialities for development to meet the present and future organizational needs.
Analyzing appraising and developing the performance of employees as individuals members of a group and organization with a view to developing them by identifying the gaps in skills and knowledge.
Help the employees to learn from their superiors through performance consultation performance counseling and interviews.
Train all the employees in acquiring new technical skills and knowledge.
Develop the employees in managerial and behavioral skills and knowledge.
Planning for employee’s careers and introducing developmental programs.
Planning for succession and develop employees.
Changing employees behavior through organizational development.
Employees learning through group dynamics.
Learning through social and religious interactions.
Learning through job rotation job enrichment and empowerment.
Learning through quality circles and schemes of workers participation in the management
