Education:



Master’s Degree in HR with significant and proven experience in human resources management including hiring firing and personnel management.



Experience:



Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in human resource management; experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities a plus.

Experience working with international organizations or donors; experience working in Hospital is preferred.



Skills:



Ability to competently assess priorities manage a variety of complex activities simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment and meet competing deadlines confidentiality.

Proven ability to work successfully on a team in a fast-paced environment.



Technical Skills



Solid computer skills; proficiency in word-processing database management and spreadsheet programs; Microsoft Office preferred.

وظایف

The HR Officer is responsible for Human Resource activities and provides significance output of HR services. S/he develops and implements strategic staffing initiatives and works closely with the Head Human Resources NPO Regional HR staff to ensure an effective sustainable and successful HR Practices. HR Officer is responsible for overseeing recruitment activities Payroll Reporting Appraisals and Leave Management.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS




  • Prepare monthly payroll for region compile the regional Payrolls with all appended activities along review and reconciliation.

  • Prepare monthly tax reconciliation reports for all regions and annual tax statements

  • Prepare monthly Hiring and Separation report

  • Prepare and maintain monthly payroll file “hard copy” for NPO and other regions

  • Prepare “full and final settlements” for out-going employees

  • Oversee on maintain up to date attendance and leave records and assist in verifying Leave Forms for leave balances receipt from regions.

  • Prepare and oversee the Separation and CLEARANCE PROCEDURE.

  • Prepare all reports and information pertaining to annual budget(s).

  • Facilitate preparation and obtaining of TIN for all AKHS staff with TIN department of MoF

  • Assist in Preparing HR reports as required by AKHS A management   MOPH and AKDN Head Office

  • Provide assistance to NPO-HR and Regional HR staff in conducting Annual Performance Appraisal process follow up of forms collection.

  • Oversee on implementation of HR policy: Thoroughly read and understand of AKHS’A HR policy manual Assist Managers/Head of departments in developing of Job Descriptions and amendments required.

  • Participate in interview sessions initiates long listing and shortlisting if required.

  • Participate in Annual budget preparation for all kinds of training workshops and seminars with the help of finance department. On time conducting of all planed on job training and learning sessions as part of continuing education and learning skills program.

  • Oversee on Performance Planning and Review Process when required.



MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES




  • Any other relevant duties as may be required by the line supervisor.
