At least 1 years of proven experience at the M&E and Data entry with technical background;
MD or administrative proved degree;
Strong communications and leadership skills;
Fluent English Pashto and Dari with excellent speaking and writing skills;
Proficient computing skills including word processing spreadsheet design and presentations
Responsible for managing information for the project and ensuring the integrity of data throughout the system
Collecting monthly reports from HFs on regular basis.
Operates the M&E and other relevant databases updates and analyze the information timely and regularly
Provides reliable accurate and timely information and reports for planning and decision making purposes
supervise the M&E activities in the project catchment areas
Ensure technical assistance and active involvement in certain project level assignments like conducting of household surveys CAAC etc at provincial level
Responsible to share M&E reporting and filed performance related issue both with field staff based on filed visits findings and report analysis.
Ensure effective team work and coordination with project staff and provincial M&E and PHO team in order to ensure the performance and data of the project as per project targets and update M&E guideline.
Any other tasks and responsibilities as required for the implementation of the project and requested by direct supervisor.
