Following experience and qualifications are required for this position:




  • Bachelor degree in Economy Business Administration Project Management or similar.

  • At least 5 years of professional work experience in relevant field.

  • Previous work experience in the government sector.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in the 3 languages English Dari and Pushto.

  • Excellent written Dari / Pushto skills.

  • Experience with MS Office.

  • Experience with project management tools.

  • Ability to travel within Afghanistan and abroad as required.

Ability to gather data compile information and prepare reports.

Skills in maintaining records.

Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.

Skills in the use of database management word processing spreadsheet and/or presentation software.

Knowledge of human resources administration principles and practices.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures implemented in Asan Khedmat.

Knowledge of Dari Pashto and English languages are required.



 


وظایف

The Monitoring /Assessment Specialist will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:




  • Reviewing methods of data collection for result based indicators used by Asan Khedmat.

  • Develop monitoring and assessment logical frame work.

  • Develop a comprehensive M&A strategy for Asan Khedmat projects including a plan for data collection and analysis and develop a methodology in accordance to the project documents.

  • Helping department heads develop their results framework and assuring that proper and realistic indicators for outputs and outcomes are included in their implementation.

  • Developing standardized M&A reporting and data analysis systems for Asan Khedmat projects. 

  • Collect compile and analyze data regarding different components/activities against envisaged project objectives. 

  • Compare and document progress towards deliverables milestones and results for Asan Khedmat projects. 

  • Providing guidance and training on M&A concepts and tools to project stakeholders.

  • Analyzing data (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify significant trends requiring corrective action assess possible causes and help identify solutions.

  • Supervise consultancy firm to conduct various surveys for data collection in the middle and at the end of the project. 

  • Compile monthly quarterly and annual project progress reports from all departments.

  • Maintaining the independence accuracy relevance integrity timeliness and professional standard of data collected through M&A system in all Asan Khedmat projects.

  • Lead surveys/information collection for impact assessment of project activities which include preparing and compiling technical M&A reports for the project stakeholders.

  • Collect all feedback and incorporate the necessary relevant and required comments into report.

  • He/she will report to the Asan Khedmat  director.

  • Perform any other official task assigned by Asan Khedmat director.
