  • BBA Economic public administration or any other degree relating to the field is required

  • 3-5 years progressive experience in logistic and procurement field.

  • Fluent spoken and written skills in national languages and English

  • Good knowledge and practical work in Micro Soft Programs including of Ms.Word Ms.Excel Ms. Access and data analyze and entry skills.

  • Having strong experience in Afghan local market for quality and quantity of purchased material.


وظایف

Job Summary:                                                                                   The Procurement Officer is assigned to implement the procurement for AIBA office support successful procurement programs and operational activities for projects demanding head office and AIBA regional Offices.



Key Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Plan and manage the procurement activities of AIBA in compliance with the procurement and guidelines of funding agencies for all materials works and consulting services.

  • Perform administrative procurement activities in a timely and efficient manner to support professional staffs in the acquisition of goods and services for efficient field operations.

  • Implementation of monitoring and control of procurement processes.

  •  Review record and prioritize purchasing requests ensuring all supporting documentation is received and funding is available in order to enable the procurement of goods and services.

  •  Research collate and present information in standard formats to enable informed decision- making and consistency of information presented to the stakeholders.

  • Ensure the integrity of the procurement process of all goods work and services required by AIBA.

  • Ensure of proper filing of all procurement for Audit control.

  • Perform inventory on regular basis.

  • Develop standard procurement contracts reflecting appropriate standard terms and conditions in accordance with the procurement procedure.

  • Establishing of proper documentation and reporting system within the department.

  • Provide technical support and/or allocate work to other support staff in order to assist them in completing standard tasks to agreed standards and deadlines.

  • Overall supervision and maintenance of equipment.

  • Any other duties assignment by line manager.
