We are looking for a well-organized Proposal Writer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team.

Main responsibilities are enlisted below:


  • Coordinate and facilitate among BPCC members donor agencies and national / international organizations.

  • Represent and introduce BPCC in events gatherings and conferences at national and international level.

  • Estimating to develop project budgets. Coordinate delivery of basis documents to estimating. Obtain review and approval from project executive and/or director of operations and communicate to project team.

  • Prepare project proposals (Technical / Financial) in response to RFQs ITBs RFPs RFIs RFAs and EOIs.

  • Consult with clients vendors personnel in other departments or engineers to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time cost materials and labor estimates.

  • Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.

  • Confer with engineers architects owners contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.

  • Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning organizing and scheduling work.

  • Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.

  • Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.

  • Establish and maintain tendering process and conduct negotiations.

  • Visit site and record information about access drainage and topography and availability of services and resources.

  • Analyze and develop concept notes for project and estimates all required BOQs related to the project.

  • Develop project documents reports and evaluate a product’s cost effectiveness or profitability as requested.

  • Develop Plans / Schedules using Prime Avera / MS Project.

  • Search market (newspapers websites etc.) for potential opportunities daily.

  • Search and contact with the donors for creating business opportunities.

  • Research writing editing and publication for proposal sections past performance project descriptions work plans (using MS Project/Prime Avera) work methodology.

  • Prepare/Edit QC / HSE / Project Management / Implementation / Community Outreach etc. Plans.

  • Prepare/Edit Company’s Profile / Brochure regularly.

  • Attend Proposal Conferences and site visits as required.

  • Any other tasks assigned by President/CEO.
