Experience in policy development Skills: Planning and reporting skills Strong policy development skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and with written documentation Demonstrated ability to speak and write fluently in English and in other two national languages Proposal development and presentation skills Ability to work well with teams MS Office وظایف Job Location: Kabul Nationality: Afghan Category: Management Level Employment Type: Full Time Salary: As per NTA Scale Vacancy Number: No. Of Jobs: 1 Organization: Pension General Directorate Ministry of Finance (MoF) Years of Experience: 5 or 7 years of related experience Contract Duration: 1 year with 3 months probationary Gender: Male/Female Education: Economics or Public Policy or Labor Relations Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support in policy reforms in pension via strategy development Assist in designing private sector pension policy and following the regulations of private sector with Ministry of Justice to finalize the amendments Design the business process of the private sector pension scheme Analyze the parametric pension reform and the higher officials pension reform and give recommendations for their executions Act as a point of contact for escalated employee benefit and pension questions Playing with pensioners data and use them for policy action Assist in developing recommendations and supporting changes to retirement plan Provide technical support in designing a modern pension system in Afghanistan Research legal financial and benefits trends To conduct meetings with higher authorities and WB about pension polices Exchanging knowledge and technical experience in staff’s capacity building via on-the-job trainings and seminars.
