Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences Public/Business Administration Law and Political Science Education Science and other relevant field of education with 5 years of related experience.



Computer: Excellent understanding and usage of MS Office packages.



Languages: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto

وظایف


  • She will coordinate all training efforts across all project components through a step-wise process: (i) prepare lists of all trainings conducted (ii) ensure that trainings include gender sessions across all program components (iii) customize training modules/materials with related components and to use by each component according to their specific area of work;

  • She will develop presentation for the required sessions.      

  • She will serve as a technical Advisor on Social/Training and support the Training Team.

  • She will conduct the ToT trainings for FPs PMUs and Municipalities’ trainers and Social Organizers

  • She will assist the M&E in the design of monitoring and evaluation systems i.e. forms to ensure better help in an analytical initiative;

  • She will keep abreast of new developments on Community Mobilization and related technical areas and disseminate this knowledge among the project staff and partners;

  • She will collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of products and regular reports;

  • She will assist the Training Unit Head in her role as the project Capacity Development focal point.

  • She will network with other national/international organizations working on Community Driven Development in Afghanistan.

  • She will work as a team player Training Unit to support other activities and promote institutional goals

  • She will maintain updates for the Training Unit and disseminate them effectively and regularly.

  • She will ensure through frequent field visit that Trainings are Cascaded as per the project’s mandate

  • She will provide support in designing and implementing the gender-responsive interventions and in setting up a system for monitoring impact 

  • She will work as a team player Training Unit to support other activities and promote institutional goals

  • She will maintain updates for the Training Unit and disseminate them effectively and regularly.

  • She  will ensure through frequent field visit that Trainings are Cascaded as per the project’s mandate

  • She will provide support in designing and implementing the gender-responsive interventions and in setting up a system for monitoring impact

  • The Training Specialist will report to the Training Unit Head.
